1. How Acca Insurance Works

1.1. Place a qualifying pre-live accumulator containing five or more selections, with each individual selection having decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

1.2. If exactly one selection loses, and all other selections are settled as winners, you will receive the qualifying stake back as one free bet, up to a maximum value of £10.

1.3. If two or more selections lose, the accumulator does not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

1.4. If all selections win, the accumulator settles normally and no Acca Insurance free bet is awarded.

1.5. If the qualifying accumulator does not meet all promotional requirements, no Acca Insurance free bet will be issued.

1.6. The maximum Acca Insurance free bet is £10. If the qualifying stake is less than £10, the free bet will be equal to the qualifying stake.

1.7. If the qualifying stake is £10 or more, the maximum free bet awarded will be £10.

2. Qualifying Accumulator

2.1. The qualifying accumulator must be placed pre-live, before the relevant events have started.

2.2. The accumulator must contain at least five selections.

2.3. Each selection must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

2.4. The qualifying accumulator must be placed using eligible real-money funds. Free bets, bonus funds and promotional credits do not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.5. Only genuine bets placed from the customer’s own account will qualify.

3. Settlement, Cash Out and Cancelled/Void Selections

3.1. The Acca Insurance free bet will only be awarded once all selections in the qualifying accumulator have been fully settled.

3.2. A selection that is cancelled or void does not count as either a winning or losing selection for the purpose of determining whether the accumulator qualifies for Acca Insurance.

3.3. If any selection within the qualifying accumulator is cancelled or void, the accumulator will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued, regardless of the final outcome or any revised odds.

3.4. An accumulator containing exactly one losing selection will qualify only where all other selections have been settled as winners, no selection has been cancelled or void, the accumulator has not been Cashed Out, and all other promotional requirements have been met.

3.5. An accumulator containing two or more losing selections will not qualify for Acca Insurance, regardless of the number of winning selections.

3.6. An accumulator that is fully or partially Cashed Out will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

3.7. Cash Out values do not constitute settlement of the accumulator for the purposes of this promotion.

3.8. Where a selection is cancelled or void and the accumulator is subsequently settled at revised odds in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules, the accumulator will remain ineligible for Acca Insurance.

3.9. The qualifying accumulator must be fully settled on the same day that the Acca Insurance promotion is granted to the customer.

3.10. If any selection remains unsettled at 23:59:59 on the day the promotion is granted, the accumulator will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

4. £10 Free Bet

4.1. Where all qualifying conditions are met, the qualifying stake will be returned as one free bet, up to a maximum value of £10.

4.2. The free bet will be credited once all selections in the qualifying accumulator have been fully settled and the qualifying outcome has been confirmed.

4.3. The free bet must be used within 24 hours of the time it is credited to the customer’s account.

4.4. Any free bet not used within the 24-hour validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

4.5. Expired or forfeited free bets will not be reissued.

4.6. The free bet must be used on a pre-live accumulator containing three or more selections.

4.7. The free-bet accumulator must have combined decimal odds of no more than 21.00 (20/1).

4.8. Every individual selection within the free-bet accumulator must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

4.9. The free bet may be used on any available eligible betting market, provided the resulting bet meets all requirements in these Terms and Conditions and is available to be placed as an accumulator.

4.10. The free bet can only be used on pre-live events.

4.11. The free bet cannot be exchanged for cash, casino bonus funds, account balance or any other promotional reward.

4.12. The free-bet stake is withheld from any winnings.

4.13. For example, a £10 free bet placed at combined odds of 10.00 would return £90 in winnings, excluding the £10 free-bet stake.

4.14. Winnings generated from the free bet are not subject to any further wagering requirement.

5. Promotional Availability

5.1. The promotion is available Monday to Thursday, from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59 on each promotional day, unless otherwise stated in the promotional communication.

5.2. The promotion can be claimed once per eligible customer per promotional day only.

5.3. The promotion is available to invited customers who have successfully opted in to the promotion.

5.4. The promotion cannot be claimed or used more than once during the same promotional day.

5.5. The promotion is available only during the applicable promotional day and cannot be carried forward, transferred or combined with another promotional day.

5.6. The qualifying accumulator must be fully settled on the same day that the promotion is granted, as set out in Clause 3.9.

5.7. A qualifying accumulator that remains unsettled at 23:59:59 on the day the promotion is granted will not qualify for Acca Insurance and cannot be carried over or combined with qualifying bets from a subsequent promotional day.

5.8. An Acca Insurance free bet awarded from a qualifying accumulator remains subject to the separate 24-hour expiry period set out in Section 4.

6. Checking the Promotion

6.2. If you believe you have qualified for an Acca Insurance free bet but it has not been credited, please contact Live Chat.

6.3. Where appropriate, the Acca Insurance free bet may be manually checked and granted through Live Chat before any subsequent qualifying wagering is undertaken.

7. Eligibility and Restrictions

7.1. Customers who are self-excluded, excluded, restricted from promotional offers or otherwise ineligible are not eligible for the promotion.

7.2. We may restrict or withdraw promotional eligibility where reasonably necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, prevention of promotional abuse, technical errors, account security or responsible-gambling reasons.

7.3. Where multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, collusion or other deliberate methods are used to obtain promotional benefits to which the customer is not entitled, promotional eligibility may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable account Terms and Conditions.

7.4. Only genuine bets placed from the customer’s own account using permitted funds will qualify.

7.5. All participation remains subject to the applicable sportsbook Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to the Promotion

8.1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion for future participation where reasonably necessary.

8.2. Any material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

8.3. Changes will not retrospectively remove a free bet that has already been validly earned under these Terms and Conditions, except where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, technical correction or other circumstances permitted under the applicable Terms and Conditions.

9. General

9.1. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, including incorrectly credited promotional rewards, where permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

9.2. This promotion is subject to applicable UK gambling laws, regulations, licence conditions and codes of practice.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have.
