1. How to Claim

1.1. The promotion will be granted to eligible customers upon logging into their account during the promotional period.

1.3. The promotion must be granted before placing any qualifying Bet Builder stakes.

2. How to Qualify

2.1. After the promotion has been granted, you must place a cumulative total of £50 or more in qualifying Bet Builder stakes.

2.2. Qualifying stakes are cumulative. You do not need to place a single £50 bet.

2.3. Each qualifying bet slip must contain a minimum of two Bet Builders, with each Bet Builder containing a minimum of two selections.

2.4. Each individual selection within each Bet Builder must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 at the time the bet is accepted.

2.5. The combined decimal odds of the Bet Builders included on the same qualifying bet slip must be greater than 3.00 at the time the bet is accepted.

2.6. Qualifying Bet Builder bet slips must be placed on eligible pre-live events and must otherwise meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.7. Only the stake placed on qualifying Bet Builder bet slips counts towards the £50 qualifying total. Ordinary bets, single bets, accumulators that do not meet the qualifying Bet Builder requirements, and other non-qualifying wagers do not count, even if the total amount wagered reaches £50.

2.8. Free-bet stakes, bonus funds, refunded stakes and promotional credits do not count towards the £50 qualifying total.

3. Eligible Events

3.1. Qualifying Bet Builder bet slips must be placed on eligible pre-live football matches from the following competitions:

• English Premier League
• English Championship
• Spanish LaLiga
• German Bundesliga
• Italian Serie A
• French Ligue 1
• UEFA Champions League, including qualifying matches
• UEFA Europa League
• UEFA Europa Conference League

3.2. Only events specifically designated as eligible for the promotion on the betting platform will qualify.

3.3. Each qualifying Bet Builder must be accepted while the relevant event is pre-live. Bets placed after an event has started will not qualify.

3.4. The availability of individual Bet Builder markets and selections is subject to the normal sportsbook rules.

4. Settlement of Qualifying Bets

4.1. Each qualifying Bet Builder bet slip must be successfully settled on the same calendar day on which it is placed in order to count towards the £50 qualifying total.

4.2. Cancelled, refunded or wholly void bets do not count towards the qualifying total.

4.3. Where one or more selections within a Bet Builder are void and the Bet Builder is consequently settled at revised odds in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules, the bet will only count towards the promotion if the relevant qualifying requirements remain satisfied following settlement.

4.4. Bets that are fully or partially Cashed Out will not count towards the £50 qualifying total. Any amount Cashed Out will not contribute towards the qualifying requirement.

4.5. Bets that are otherwise cancelled, refunded or not settled as a qualifying wager will not contribute towards the £50 qualifying total.

5. Award of the £10 Free Bet

5.1. Once you have accumulated £50 or more in qualifying settled stakes, the qualifying requirement will be completed.

5.2. The £10 free bet will be credited after all qualifying bets required to complete the £50 qualifying requirement have been fully settled.

5.3. The free bet will be issued as one £10 free bet.

5.4. The £10 free bet is not redeemable for cash, account balance, casino bonus funds or any other offer.

5.5. If you believe you have completed the qualifying requirements but the free bet has not been credited, please contact Live Chat. Where appropriate, the promotion may be manually checked or granted before any subsequent qualifying wagering is undertaken.

6. Using the £10 Free Bet

6.1. The free bet must be used on a 3-fold or larger accumulator.

6.2. The accumulator must have:

• minimum combined decimal odds of 3.00;
• maximum combined decimal odds of 21.00; and
• minimum decimal odds of 1.50 on every individual selection.

6.3. For the avoidance of doubt, combined odds of exactly 3.00 and exactly 21.00 are permitted.

6.4. The free bet may only be used on pre-live events.

6.5. There are no additional restrictions on the betting markets available for the free bet, provided the selections otherwise meet these terms and are available to be placed as an accumulator.

6.6. The free bet must be placed within 24 hours of the time it is credited to your account. Any unused free bet will automatically expire after this period and will not be reissued.

6.7. The £10 free-bet stake is not returned as part of the winnings. For example, a winning £10 free bet placed at combined odds of 10.00 would return £90 in winnings, excluding the £10 free-bet stake.

6.8. Any winnings generated from the free bet are not subject to a further wagering requirement.

7. Promotional Period and General Terms

7.1. The promotion is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 00:00:01 on Wednesday until 23:59:59 on Friday, unless otherwise stated in the promotional communication.

7.2. The promotion can only be granted once per invited and opted-in account on each promotional day.

7.3. A new qualifying promotion may be granted on each eligible promotional day, provided the customer remains eligible and completes the applicable wagering requirements for that day.

7.4. Qualifying stakes and free bets associated with one promotional day do not carry over to another promotional day unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional communication.

7.5. Once an eligible customer has been granted the promotion, qualifying bets already placed and accepted in accordance with these terms will not be retrospectively disqualified solely because the promotion is subsequently withdrawn or amended, except where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, technical correction or other circumstances permitted under the applicable terms.

7.6. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion for future participation. Any material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

7.7. This promotion is available to 18+ UK customers only who are specifically selected to receive the promotion.

7.8. Customers who are self-excluded, excluded, restricted from promotional offers, or otherwise ineligible to participate are not eligible for this promotion.

7.9. We may refuse, restrict or withdraw promotional eligibility where reasonably necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, prevention of bonus abuse, technical errors, account security or responsible-gambling reasons.

7.10. The promotion cannot be exchanged for any other offer, cash, casino bonus funds or any other account credit.

7.11. All participation remains subject to the applicable sportsbook Terms and Conditions.

7.12. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, including incorrectly credited promotional rewards, where permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

7.13. If a customer is found to have used multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, collusion or other deliberate methods to obtain promotional benefits to which they are not entitled, promotional eligibility may be withdrawn and the matter may be dealt with in accordance with the applicable account Terms and Conditions.
